These Terms govern your use of the FlareGood app, made by EmozioniVirtuali, a brand of China-Link Srl (Italy). By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. What FlareGood is — and is not

FlareGood is a self-tracking tool to help you record perimenopause and menopause symptoms and share a summary with your healthcare provider. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app.

2. Your data

Your entries are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any reports you choose to share. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions (FlareGood Premium)

FlareGood offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly (€5.99) and Yearly (€39.99), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer or resell it.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design and content are owned by China-Link Srl. Your own logged data belongs to you.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmozioniVirtuali / China-Link Srl is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
